How soon can my order be delivered?
We offer next-day delivery to Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Orders must be placed prior to 5pm CST the day before. Deliveries are available Monday through Saturday.
Will my order be left outside if no one is home?
If the recipient isn't available, the delivery courier will call and leave a message explaining where the bouquet has been placed. In the event that there isn't a secure location available to leave the flowers, we will attempt to redeliver the following day.
Do the bouquets come in a vase?
Yes, all of our bouquets are delivered in our signature mason jars.
Can I pick up my flowers in person?
The Flowerjoy is an e-commerce business, so we do not have a retail location. All of our bouquets are available via delivery.
How can I place my order?
All orders can be made at www.theflowerjoy.com!
Can I order a custom arrangement?
We do not customize arrangements as every bouquet is thoughtfully designed and curated by our design team.
Can I place an order for a wedding or corporate event?
Absolutely! Please reach out to us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the details of your event.
Where do you deliver?
We currently only deliver to Chicagoland. Nationwide delivery coming soon!
